Professionals tired of the endless emails and seemingly random offers from daily deals sites now have a reason to breathe a sigh of relief. Local daily deals site UrbanJourney has re-launched its website,UrbanJourney.com, with a fresh new approach to the business.

Originally launched in 2010, the site has recently re-opened after a revamp, and promises to act as a guide for local and expat professionals to premium merchants throughout the city.

Impressively, UrbanJourney has already been able to partner with some of Singaporeʼs most popular places, over 80% of which have never been featured on competitorsʼ sites. Some venues include well-known merchants like Tanjong Beach Club, Marmalade Pantry, Si Chuan Dou Ha, Pump Room, and St. James Power Station.

The people at UrbanJourney don't simply recommend the best places that Singapore has to offer. They also team up with these establishments to create deals that will make people want to discover these places for themselves.

In addition, the team also provide personal insights into their favourite places in Singapore. They do this via their blog, Facebook, and Pinterest.

To find out more about what makes UrbanJourney unique, we took some time to ask Founder and Managing Director Raj Datwani a few questions.
