Twitter index: Tsonga out of Australian Open, The Script offers tour tickets

"Tsonga" is trending in tenth position today after the French tennis player was defeated by Federer, who won the match  7-6, 4-6, 7-6, 3-6, 6-3. Federer will now face Andy Murray in the semi-finals.

 Also causing a buzz on Twitter today is alternative Irish rock band The Script. The band, which in November last year released the single "Six Degrees Of Separation," is taking to the road to tour its latest album, "#3."

The band recently announced that extra tickets would be available for the forthcoming tour,  titled "3" or "#3." The extra tickets for the band's UK and Ireland tour went on sale on Wednesday, but for those not lucky enough to beat the rush the band took to Twitter to give fans a chance to win tickets.

The group tweeted "Use #Script3Tour and tell us what track we should open with for a chance to win 2 tix to a forthcoming show and meet us ;-)" from official account @thescript; the competition quickly pushed "#Script3Tour" to second place in Twitter's top ten trending topics. 

The tour kicks off on Thursday, February 28, at the 02 Dublin in Ireland, ends on July 11 at Thetford Forest in the UK and features two dates at London's 02 Arena.
