The Bazooka Rock Festival, which takes place on Sunday, September 30, is billed as the Philippines' first indoor rock concert and is causing a buzz on Twitter. The concert features a number of international artists including The Pretty Reckless, Marianas Trench and The Maine. Tickets to the event have completely sold out.

Also trending is a cricket match between Pakistan and South Africa which began at 10:00am GMT. The Twenty20 match saw Pakistan's Shahid Afridi dismissed for a golden duck, which unfortunately for the player pushed his name into ninth position on the top ten worldwide Twitter trends.  

Fans of Demi Lovato in Brazil are welcoming the singer to the country after the singer and X Factor judge landed in the country, and fans of singer Avril Lavigne are trending her name to commemorate her 28th birthday which took place on September 27.
