Laurene Powell Jobs, wife of the late Apple mogul Steve Jobs

Back in 1985, Laurene Powell Jobs achieved a BA degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an economics degree at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She went on to put in time at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch as a fixed-income trading strategist, before completing a Stanford MBA in 1991. In that same year she married the late Apple mogul Steve Jobs.

Now a mother of three, Laurene Powell is truly a woman to look up to. She is a co-founder of Terravera (a natural foods company)and College Track, an education nonprofit organization that aims to improve high school and college for "under-resourced" communities. In addition to that, she also serves on the boards of the New America Foundation and Teach for America.
