In a bid to better their services and interaction with customers, the popular online deals company Groupon Singapore has officially opened their very first physical retail store in Singapore.
Located in Suntec City Mall, the Groupon shop will provide an efficient avenue for customers to redeem products they have purchased from the site. Previously, the company had a smaller redemption center located at HarbourFront Centre, where customers had to wait for up to 30 minutes to redeem products.
At this new store, visitors can view and test some of Groupon's deal products that are on showcase. In addition, they can also use the iPad and computer stations provided at the store to browse, purchase, print, and redeem their Groupon deal coupons on the spot.
This is Groupon's first concept store worldwide, and will serve as a guide for potential Groupon store openings in other markets, depending on how well received it is by its customers.
The Groupon Shop is located at Suntec City Tower 3, #03-27 G-L, opening hours from 11am to 8pm daily.
