Google+ trends: Whitney Houston, Kindle Lending Library due to arrive in UK

At a Grammy event in Los Angeles, stars such as Britney Spears, Jennifer Hudson, Usher and Halle Berry took to the stage to share their memories and perform a homage to Whitney Houston, who died on February 11, 2012 aged just 48.

On Friday Google+ users are discussing the performance and sharing their memories of, and favorite songs from, the late singer.

Also causing a buzz Friday is the announcement that Amazon's Kindle Lending Library will be available in the UK later this month. The Lending Library, which has long been available in the USA, allows Kindle users to borrow a maximum of one book per month and requires a subscription to Amazon Prime, which costs £49 per year.
