Google+ trends: Google shows off new Chromebook

The Samsung-made devices have an app-centric user interface and use Google’s Chrome web browser to get stuff done online and off.

“There's going to be a day when this becomes the norm and all of us will wonder why we had such trouble letting go of what we are used to now. But then, isn't that always the case?” say Google+ users of the new computers.

“There's no longer a question of sacrificing quality in hardware to live life on the cloud. This new introduction is very cool and exciting,” says Louis Gray, Product Marketing Manager at Google+, in a post on the site.

Google+ users are posting photos taken while on the The Great Canadian Photowalk along with the “#TorontoPhotoWalk” hashtag.

American rapper Jay-Z has surged into the Google+ charts as people post the brand new music video for Jay-Z and Kayne West’s song “No Church in the Wild.”

G+’ers are still talking about Lady Gaga and the cancelation of her sold-out Born This Way Ball concert in Jakarta “due to threats of violence.”

Google+ is alive and kicking with videos, photos and links to articles about robots. The most popular robot posts include a link to an article about a Japanese-made robot that sits on your shoulder.
