In the battle of the social networks taking place during Sunday night's Super Bowl, Beyoncé emerged a clear winner, outshining even the results of the game across Google and Twitter.

According to Twitter, Beyoncé's halftime show was the most popular subject on the social network generating  268,000 TPM (Tweets per minute) and was also the most popular search term during the game on Google.

Outside of Beyoncé's performance, the top topic on Twitter related to the game itself  was the power outage which generated the most TPM at 231,000, followed by Jacoby Jones' 109-yard touchdown return with 185,000 TPM and the conclusion of the game 183,000 TPM.

According to Facebook the top moment from the game on the social network was the Ravens' win, followed by Beyoncé's performance and the power outage.

According to Facebook from 8pm ET to 8:22pm EST mentions of "Beyoncé" jumped nearly 49,000 percent, and mentions of the word "lights," relating to the power outage, jumped by around 66,000 percent at 8:37 PM EST.
