With Lewis Hamilton having decamped to Mercedes-Benz, 33-year-old Jenson Button looks like the senior partner in the new-look McLaren driver line-up. He’s 10 years older than Mexico’s Sergio Perez who joins from Sauber for the 2013 season but McLaren team principal Martin Whitmarsh was keen to emphasise that McLaren has “two number one drivers”.
