HTC Desire X

HTC has introduced a new mid-tier phone to the Desire family, in the rather lovely shape of the HTC Desire X. Available in white or black, the handset offers a dual-core processor, four-inch screen, five-megapixel camera with one-press continuous shooting, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and built-in Beats Audio. Aimed at those who want the smartphone oomph but without the high price tag, the Desire X will be available free on low-cost tariffs or - fingers crossed - under the $400 (200 pound) mark, SIM free.
