Sony Xperia Tablet Z hands-on review
Sony Xperia Tablet Z - waterproof
Like its cousin, the Sony Xperia Z smartphone, the Tablet Z is both water and dust resistant, making it a perfect tablet for the beach. Or the bath. Or the swimming pool. Or the….you get the point.
We’re told that the Tablet Z was built with the “same engineering philosophy” as its smartphone relative and the result is a “consistent and synchronised experience”.
While Android on a tablet and a smartphone are ever more similar anyway thanks to Android Jelly Bean working equally as well on both formats, we know what Sony means. The glass square edges are very similar to the Xperia Z for example and the feel of the device is very familiar.
