Apple's new iOS 5.1 should be arriving via an iTunes update near you over the next few days, and the new iPad will be available to buy on 16 March. The device will be launched simultaneously in the US, the UK, Canada, Japan, Germany, France and Switzerland, with most other countries following the week after. iOS 5.1 will also bring Apple's much-vaunted mobile personal assistant Siri to iPhone users in Japan this week.
