MWC 2013: Motorola
Motorola may have already played its MWC trump card before the show has even begun by unleashing the Motorola RAZR HD earlier this week.
The RAZR HD is certainly not lacking in the specs department. Underneath that vast 4.7-inch high definition display, you’ll find 4G smarts for ensuring lightning-fast web access on the move and the latest edition of Google’s Android operating system, Jelly Bean.
On top of that, Motorola says the battery will keep on kicking for a whole day on a single charge. What’s more, a special ‘Smartactions’ function will help you easily boost your battery in one place, toning down screen brightness and switching off apps in order to conserve power.
Elsewhere, the Google-owned company’s ‘X Phone’ has been the subject of much web-murmuring. However, we’d expect that handset to launch at Google’s own I/O event in May, especially if it does turn out to be the device that launches the next iteration of Android (Key Lime Pie).
