The first Windows Phone 8 handsets will be launched in the coming weeks, including the Windows Phone 8X and Windows Phone 8S by HTC. Pricing is not available in Singapore yet, but in the UK the HTC 8X is expected to cost around £400 (S$784), while the HTC 8S is a slightly more affordable £225 (S$441). Peter Chou, CEO of the HTC Corporation, says the new phones are designed to give the Windows Phone 8 platform "the iconic design and personality it deserves." So what are the standout features can we expect from these snazzy new handsets?
