Hannover Messe is the world's biggest industrial fair and is home to the latest industrial technology innovations in the fields of energy, mobility and green tech; this year's show is partnered with China under the title Green Intelligence. In terms of visitor numbers, exhibitors and importance as an industrial tech fair Hannover Messe does not really have an equal; to illustrate this, CeBIT, now the world's largest high-tech fair, was once just a display categorywithin Hannover Messe.

49th Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS)

KBIS is a purely kitchen and bathroom product-related trade show geared towards designers, architects, wholesalers and other industry professionals. The show hosts the Best of KBIS Awardsand features several keynote speeches from members of the kitchen and bathroom industry. KBIS is highly focused and specialized, giving it more in common with Spoga Gafa garden show (September), for example, than with interior design events such as Ambiente (February).

CTIA will host more than 1,000 exhibitors and over 40,000 spectators in 2012. The show covers wireless and converged communications, wireless broadband, mobile web computing and data industries, and in 2012 the focus is on "All things mobile." Companies will demo the latest in enterprise solutions, energy-saving products, and emerging mobile entertainment technology. While Mobile World Congress puts the emphasis on consumer devices, CTIA is all about the technologies that power them, including Location Based Services (LBS), Smart Energy, Wireless Health, Intelligent Transportation, Cloud Computing and Mobile Money.

The Australian edition of the world's largest digital IT and telecommunications event, CeBIT takes place annually in Sydney, Australia. CeBIT Australia is hailed as the country's largest ICT exhibition (but is only around a tenth of the size of its parent event, CeBIT in Hannover). CeBIT Australia is a focal point of an additional series of events (including Cloud, AusInnovate, eHealth, eGovernment, Mobile, Online Retail and Digital Workshops) that will run concurrently to the exhibition. More than 600 exhibitors and 30,000 delegates are expected to attend CeBIT Australia in 2012.
