'Dance Central' slated for mid-October return

Along with the release date announcement, developer Harmonix revealed that two favorite characters from Dance Central 2 would indeed appear in Dance Central 3 -- Taye and her sister Li'l T of the Flash4wrd dance crew.

Taye was nominated by web series "Hey Ash Whatcha Playin'?" for Best Character of 2010, and not just "because: awesome," but thanks to her portrayal as someone who was "overly confident but completely unpretentious" besides deftly sidestepping a notable gaming trope by being "a black video game character who doesn't get killed or betray the player."

Wii, PlayStation Move and Xbox Kinect game Just Dance 4 gets to market at least a week before Dance Central 3 (October 2 in Europe, October 9 in North America and Australasia).
